DIM - Dim’s the fried, crispy troublemaker of the pair. Bold, loud, and always up for a good time, he’s the life of the party (and probably the reason the party got shut down). He’s cheeky, adventurous, and loves pushing Sim’s buttons- but deep down, he’s got a heart as big as his crunch. SIM- Sim’s the soft, steamed sweetheart who keeps Dim in check. Calm, thoughtful, and always looking out for his mates, he’s the kind of dimmie you’d want to bring home to mum. Sim’s got a love for tradition but isn’t afraid to try something new (as long as Dim doesn’t make him).

Dimmie Den pop-ups serve everything from gourmet dim sims like our lamb-and-saganaki Dim Simos and cinnamon-sugar Cinnadims to classic ‘OG’ favourites for true dim sim tragics. The menu also features elevated canteen classics like Smashed Dimmie Dogs, OG Dimmie Dogs and the hugely popular Melbun, plus fries, potato cakes, mini chicken dimmies and a small selection of cold drinks.
