Founded by a few old school friends from Melbourne, we’re passionate about celebrating the city’s rich multicultural spirit through food, innovation and the most iconic of Melbourne staples – the mighty Dim Sim.
Drawing inspiration from Melbourne’s vibrant and diverse food scene, we’ve teamed up with talented chefs to craft an offering that honours the much loved traditional Dim Sim whilst elevating the experience with bold, exciting flavours from around the world. Our range is carefully designed to bring together the tastes of global cuisines, while staying true to our commitment to freshness and quality.
